operate a chain of retail stores and restaurants as well as commercial and
multi-family residential real estate projects throughout the 4 western provinces
of Canada. The Hills began investing in Mexico with their involvement as
partners in Brisa del Mar RV Resort. Byron and Pat divide their time
between British Columbia, Canada and San Jose Del Cabo.

Mike and Donna Mortimer are
residents of San Jose del Cabo and are originally from the Kerrisdale area of
Vancouver and the interior regions of British Columbia, Canada. They are

Contractor in the State of California and has 10 years experience in
construction and development in Los Cabos. Jay and his wife Griselda have
one child, born in San Jose del Cabo. Jay is fluent in Spanish and has an
outstanding reputation in the community providing quality construction and
service. Jay is also well known in the Los Cabos area for his competitive
spirit in off road car and motorcycle racing.

from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. He has been directly
involved with the construction of residential, commercial and condominium

Jesus, his wife Leticia, and their 2 children, now reside in San Jose del Cabo.
